I want to cater your kitty’s experience to their wants and needs - the more you can tell me about your furry family member, the better! Anything from favorite treats, their most-used toys, to most frequented hiding spots. I pride myself in my ability to connect with cats of varying personalities and knowing these things can help your kitty and I bond more quickly! In addition, if your kitty has any medical needs (e.g. medications, relevant diagnoses), please let me know.
A typical day
My drop-in services include giving your kitty attention, as well as taking care of their litter box, food, water, and medications, as applicable. I have experience using a wide variety of high tech pet gadgets like automatic litter boxes, automatic feeders, water fountains, and microchip feeders, as well as traditional gear. I am also happy to water plants during visits upon request.

I’ve been lucky to share my home with cats since the age of 5. Pets are family members and have brought so much joy to my life and I know how your furry family members bring joy into yours! I have raised cats from kittenhood through their senior years - I am open to sitting pets of all ages and can differentiate for their specific needs. I have been cat sitting in Northern Virginia for over 5 years, which means I've cared for many local kitties. I'm looking forward to meeting yours! I know how important your furry family member is to you. Every visit includes detailed reports and pictures - I am a photography hobbyist and pride myself in my ability to capture your kitty's personality through photos! You will know that your pet is safe and comfortable and also has a new head shot. Let me know your pet’s preferences! High energy kitty? Let’s play! More of a cuddle bug? Let’s snuggle! Maybe it’s that time of year and your fur baby is shedding everywhere - let me help with the brushing! In addition to the Rover guarantee, I am individually insured through Pet Sitters Associates.

Laleh took excellent care of our two cats while we were away! It gave us peace of mind to be able to leave our cats in our home where they are most comfortable and have her check in on them daily. She was communicative, always on time, and provided detailed photos and descriptions of her visits. We would hire her again in a heartbeat!

This is our second time using Laleh to care for our cat Nala and she is the best! We were out of town for a longer than normal trip, but Laleh gave great detailed updates and was super communicative which kept us reassured the whole time. Highly recommend her!
