Hi, I’m Lakin, 23 years old, and I work in customer service. I’m looking to turn my love for dogs into something meaningful by providing a safe, loving home for your dog while you’re away. I’ve grown up with dogs all my life, having cared for three family dogs over the years. Looking after them has always come naturally to me, and I genuinely love getting to know each dog’s unique personality. I understand that every dog is different, so I’ll always tailor my care to suit their individual needs. Whether your dog loves long walks, playing fetch, exploring new places, or simply curling up on the sofa for cuddles, I’ll make sure they feel happy, safe, and loved throughout their stay. Your dog will be treated like part of the family in my home. I have a secure, enclosed garden where they can safely play, pets are welcome on the furniture, and we’re surrounded by fantastic walking routes to keep them active and entertained. I can board multiple dogs and will ensure every dog receives plenty of love, attention, exercise, and one-to-one care. I’ll follow your dog’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding times, walks, medication (if required), favourite toys, sleeping arrangements, and any special instructions. I’ll also send regular photo and video updates, so you can relax knowing your dog is happy, comfortable, and in safe hands. I can’t wait to meet your furry best friend! 🐾

We booked Lakin at the last minute to look after our two miniature dachshunds, and we honestly couldn't have been happier. Lakin was really communicative and responsive throughout, which made the whole process so easy and gave us peace of mind while we were away. We got lots of lovely photos and updates, and the dogs had plenty of walks and attention. They were clearly well cared for and looked very happy and settled while they were there. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lakin and will definitely be using her again. Thank you so much for looking after our two little sausages!
I cannot thank this lovely lady and her partner enough! They took amazing care of my smiley baby Rey! We could not have been happier leaving Amber! She’s had the most amazing stay and weve had so many updates over the weekend which was just amazing. They went above and beyond and even hired a field for her to be off lead. We would love her to stay with you both again thank you SO much

Harmonogram
I work Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, but I work close to home and can pop back during my lunch break to let dogs out for the toilet, provide company, and spend some time with them. Before and after work, I’ll ensure your dog gets the walks, exercise, playtime, and attention they need. Evenings and weekends are when I’m most available, allowing me to dedicate plenty of quality time to caring for your dog. Whether that’s longer walks, play sessions, cuddles, or simply keeping them company, I’ll make sure they feel loved and settled throughout their stay. I’ll always be upfront about my availability and will only accept bookings that I know I can fully commit to, ensuring every dog receives the care, attention, and routine they deserve.

I provide a safe, calm, and loving environment where your pet will be treated like one of the family. My home has a secure, fully enclosed garden, giving dogs a safe space to play, explore, and enjoy time outdoors. As I don’t have any pets of my own, your dog will receive my full attention and can settle into a peaceful environment. I’ll follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding times, walks, playtime, medication (if required), and any special instructions you provide. Pets are welcome on the furniture if that’s what they’re used to, and I’ll make sure they receive plenty of love, exercise, and enrichment throughout their stay. If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I’ll treat both your home and your pet with the utmost respect. I’ll keep everything clean and tidy, stick to your pet’s normal routine, and provide regular photo and video updates so you can relax knowing they’re happy and well cared for. I also work close to home, which means I’m able to pop home during my lunch break for toilet breaks, company, or a quick play, helping to ensure your pet isn’t left alone for long periods.

Every dog is different, so I’ll tailor activities to suit their age, energy levels, and personality. I live close to a variety of lovely walking routes, so your dog will enjoy plenty of walks, fresh air, and opportunities to explore. For dogs that love to run and play, I’m happy to book secure private dog fields where they can safely enjoy off-lead exercise without the worry of unfamiliar dogs around. It’s a great way for them to burn off energy while having lots of fun in a safe environment. If your dog enjoys travelling in the car and you’re happy for them to do so, I’d also love to take them on little adventures, such as longer countryside walks, parks, or other dog-friendly days out. I also know that not every dog always wants an adventure — sometimes they just want company, comfort, and a cosy cuddle. I’m more than happy to spend time relaxing with your dog, giving them attention, reassurance, and as many cuddles as they need. Above all, I’ll make sure every activity is suited to your dog’s individual needs and that they’re safe, comfortable, and having the best time while you’re away. 🐾
