I am a teacher at a school near the Whitewater Center but live here in Mooresville. My schedule is a little tight with this being said but evenings and weekends are more flexible.

I personally have two cats. One is a 4 year old main coon/ragdoll cat mix who loves playing. The other is an almost year old kitten named Cheese. She’s a squeaky mess in the best way. When I’m home, she’s my noisy shadow! Her and Curd play very well together but can get a little too rough. He is three times her size. If she’s not my shadow then he subs in. They both get wet food dinner at night, have access to a little dry food throughout the day, and a water fountain constantly going. My senior girl loves sink water so to make sure she drinks I leave one on drip all day. She loves it. The 4 year old kitty boy has an obsession with catnip and our screened in patio so I will let him out a little each day if the weather is nice and give him some catnip on a plate to roll around on. He lives for these moments. In the past I have had kittens to bottle feed, I have helped potty train puppies, I have made sure to give pets that were comfortable with me plenty of love and play.

Neither Cheese or Curd have any special needs. They may disagree and say they need treats though! Curd does know sit if treats are given. Cheese hasn’t figured that out.

I give them some pets and scratches when I come in and check food/water levels. I’ll play by tossing some toys, wiggling a hoodie string they love, and they have an automatic laser light.

I am a teacher by day, but a sap for all animals always. I have been raised with pets of all varieties since I was a baby. Cats, dogs, fish, birds, reptiles, etc. I have a huge soft spot for all fur babies! I have been responsible for bottle feeding, watering, feeding, walking, cleaning up after, and cuddling family pets as well as friends.

LaJuan was absolutely amazing and helped us out last minute with our cats. She was reliable, caring, and kept us updated, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. You can tell she genuinely cares about animals and treats them like her own. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone needing a trustworthy sitter!
She was so great! She came and did a meet and greet and sent lots of photos. Very comforting!!!
LaJuan was great with our pups and we will surely book her again. She was flexible, helped with a last minute booking, and she was able to change the dates after we had a car crash. I highly recommend LaJuan for your pups as well!
So thankful to have found LaJuan! My two cats love her and always come out to greet her, even my super shy one. She communicates so well every visit and I have real peace of mind leaving town because I know I can rely on her.
