I bring more than 20 years of hands-on experience caring for, owning and walking dogs, both in the United States and now in London. Throughout this time, dogs have been a consistent and important part of my life, giving me a strong practical understanding of their individual personalities, behaviours and needs. Alongside caring for my own dogs, I have regularly walked and looked after dogs on a part-time basis for friends, neighbours and other owners. This has given me experience with dogs of different sizes, ages, temperaments and energy levels, and taught me the importance of adapting each walk to the individual dog rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I am confident handling dogs in busy urban environments and understand the importance of safety, responsible lead management, awareness of other dogs and pedestrians, and maintaining a calm and reassuring manner. Having lived in the United States for many years and now in London, I am particularly comfortable walking dogs in city environments, parks and residential neighbourhoods. Most importantly, I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and take the responsibility of caring for someone else's pet seriously. I understand that owners are placing considerable trust in their dog walker, and I aim to provide a service that is dependable, attentive and caring, while making sure every dog gets the exercise, stimulation and companionship they need.
