Laila is the first person my dog has trusted enough to go on walks with, which says a lot about Laila because Violet doesn’t like most people. I have a busy schedule and Laila’s communication always makes figuring out schedules easy. Getting photos from their walks is always a highlight of my day. Laila is punctual and kind.

I have 2 cats who have been taken care of by Laila for many many years. I like to think that my cats wish they could come on trips with me but with the way Laila cares for them I’m convinced they barely notice I’m gone. Laila is very patient with them and I know for certain it makes them feel more at ease because Laila meets them where they’re at. I’m always appreciative of Laila’s attention to detail like water bowls being refreshed diligently, the area around the litter box being swept up, solid communication, and their overall organization and ability to manage my cats dietary/medicine needs. It’s obvious how much they care for animals and that they enjoy working with their humans to better understand what their needs might be. Laila is an incredible pet sitter and I highly recommend them!

Laila is the only petsitter i use when i am out of town. They do an excellent job of taking care of our cats (who have many specialty medical needs), are a very kind and caring person, and are very easy to communicate with! i wouldn't trust anyone else with the job.

Laila always takes amazing care of my pets when i have to travel for work! i feel secure leaving them, and even though i miss them, i miss them a little bit less because of the sweet pet photos i receive. Highly recommend working with them.

Laila cares for my pets and I can see that my pets feel safe and comfortable with her too, which is all I can ask for in a pet sitter. She is very communicative and always shows up on the day and time agreed upon, and is very reliable. Her kindness and care are very apparent, and I cannot recommend her enough.
