Safe and attentive care in a loving family home
My earliest memory is of playing with my childhood pet, Dusty the Golden Retriever. I've been smitten with animals of all shapes and sizes from before I could walk, and spent much of my youth volunteering in animal shelters in my hometown of Houston, Texas. Now, I live in the lovely village of Wincham, with my partner and daughter (whose inherited my love and respect for critters) and our 6 year old dog, Peppa. We live in a cozy house with a grassy garden, perfect for zoomies. I currently work from home part-time, so have plenty of time to spend doting on your fur baby. We are an active family (apart from Peppa, who is clinically sleepy) and there are some lovely walks nearby for dogs who enjoy a romp, including Pickmere Lake, Nuemann's Flashes, and Marbury Park. I have plenty of experience with dog training and dogs with medical needs (including my current dog who has L2HGA). I've also owned cats, rats, horses, and birds... oh my! I'll provide loving care for your fur baby, whatever their shape, size, or species. Please feel free to drop me a message with any questions at all. Safety, trust & environment
Our Environment: I have a fenced garden at my own home, which any dogs will have free access to (my own dog uses a bell to ask to go out). My sofas are just expensive dog beds, and there are plenty of actual dog beds and toys around the house. I work downstairs and will supervise your pet at all times. I never overlap bookings which means your pet will only ever be in the home with my own dog and family - never dogs from different households. If you'd like me to come to your home to look after your pets for overnight house sitting, that's fine by me! My own dog won't need to join, and I'll treat your home and your pets with care and respect.

Lacy was great - very attentive and provided lots of updates! Also went above and beyond by spying a brush on a shelf and offering to feed the fish. I think the cats enjoyed her visits and playtimes, and I was reassured that they were being looked after well!

Lacy was amazing, she came to pick our chihuahua up from our wedding (which was slightly hectic!) and looked after him so well, sending us pictures throughout the stay. I’m so grateful she was there to help on the day! Thank you so much!

Schedule
My Schedule & Availability: I'm a mom who works from home part-time, so I'm pretty flexible! I'd love some extra company around the house for daycare, and can easily nip out for walks or home visits as required. Some days I need to do the school run, and as much as I'd *like* to say I'm busy socialising at weekends....... I'm also available weekends 😆
