I have had dogs since I was a kid. I owned my own Golden Retriever for the past 12 yrs. I sadly lost him recently. I have watched dogs for friends for many years. Need more time with animals these days:) Cats- as a dog lover first I never thought I was a “ cat person” well I am. Love them too.

Lacy is great! My little buddy was super excited to see her whenever I drop him off, and that’s all the assurance I need that he was well taken care of.
It was our first time using Rover and we are thankful we found Lacy. She took care of sparky as if he was part of her family. We received frequent status updates of Sparky which included photos. We could not be more happy leaving Sparky with Lacy. Lacy was very understanding and took the time to listen to our request. Highly recommended
Our English Cocker Spaniel, Levi, just returned from a weekend stay with Lacy. What a positive experience! Lacy's home is clean and very dog-friendly with a lovely fenced-in back yard. More importantly, Lacy is a sweet, gentle, compassionate person who obviously loves dogs! Levi is shy, but very quickly bonded with her. She allowed him on her furniture and also allowed him to sleep on her bed. This made him feel right at home. We so appreciated that! Dogs are intuitive . . . they definitely know who love them! We highly recommend Lacy. She is an absolute gem. Your dog will be in very caring, capable hands.
Lacy was great with my old dog over the Thanksgiving holiday. She took him into her home and I could tell he was really taken care of well. He normally struggles when he stays in the kennel and it stresses him our, but he appeared happy and healthy when I picked him up. I would definitely recommend Lacy!
