I’ve had dogs my entire life and currently have two. Jax, a mini Aussie mix and Blue an Australian Shepherd. In addition, I have cats of my own and I’m a grandma to several cats :)

I understand that caring for someone’s pet is a responsibility that requires trust, attention, and respect. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I will follow their instructions carefully and maintain their normal feeding, walking, and care routines as closely as possible. I’ll make sure pets are safe, comfortable, and given plenty of attention and companionship. I will also treat each client’s home with the same care and respect I would expect in my own home. I’m dependable, responsible, and attentive to details, and I will communicate with pet owners about how their pets are doing and let them know if I notice anything unusual.

Lacosta is genuinely one of the most caring people a pet could ever meet. She loves each and every animal she encounters beyond measurement. She is incredibly responsible especially when it comes to fur babies - ensuring they have the best days of their lives with her. Any time she has the chance to help out with anyone’s fur babies she jumps at the opportunity and genuinely loves every second of it. I have know Lacosta for many years. She is a huge animal lover and always has had at least a cat or two and a dog. Lacosta has cared for my dogs over the years as well as my daughter’s entire 9 acre farm. My daughter gas had mini horses, highland cow, donkeys, goats, chickens and ducks. Lacosta is organized, prompt, caring, has attention to detail and takes each job very seriously. I highly recommend Lacosta. Yvonne Martin

Schedule
I’m recently retired after a long and rewarding career at Dow and am now looking for flexible work in the area that I genuinely enjoy. Caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I’ve always enjoyed the companionship and responsibility that comes with taking care of them. With my flexible schedule, pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I would love the opportunity to spend time with dogs and cats while helping families and individuals feel confident that their pets are well cared for. Whether it’s taking a dog for a walk, stopping in for a feeding and check-in, or simply providing some companionship, I’m happy to help. I’m dependable, caring, and attentive, and I look forward to making pet care an enjoyable part of my new routine in retirement.
