Personally, first time we use this service in the US and we were a bit nervous. Lacole exceeded expectations, always very responsive, attentive, on time and proactive looking after our furry ones. Lacole is fabulous! She is kind and took the time to get to know our pups. She is very responsive and detailed with her check ins. We will be booking her again!
Lacole is amazing. Not only does she accommodate my requests, which can sometimes be short notice, but she communicates with me throughout the entire visit. I trust her in my home and with my pup. He loves her visits and even knows when we tell him Lacole is coming- he gets so excited. I am a very anxious dog mom with a spoiled rotten pup who is my world- so it takes a lot of me to trust leaving him with anyone and Lacole has made me feel safe and secure about her taking care of my fur baby.
Lacole took great care of Bear on short notice! She was on time every day and sent pictures! I would definitely use her again!

I’m a stay at home mom, so I can drop in whenever and last minute request and attend to your fur baby needs and make sure they have the care they deserve and treat them like family 😊 also love exercising so more than happy to take them on walks if needed!

Take them for walks, play fetch in backyard, let them play a lot and be outside as much as they want if weather permits! :)??
