I'm a teacher and totally available
I love all types of dogs and cats! I live in a house with 2 cats and would love to have fun with some dogs too! :) I have been dog sitting and cat sitting for friends and family for over 20 years and I really enjoy it. I love taking dogs on walks, paying attention to the heat of the pavement outside of course. I think that dogs that are played with and walked are much better behaved. I love snuggling with kitties too, and I feel like there is not many sounds better than that of a purring cat. Because I am a teacher, I am completely available to stay with your fur babies all day on weekends and during vacations (spring, winter, and summer breaks.) During the regular school day, I am out of the house from about 6:30 in the morning until about 3:30 in the afternoon. On the weekends and during vacations I am able to stay with your furbaby all day! I want your pets to feel as though life is normal. I will make sure to get their schedule and stick to it as much as I can. Routines are key!

Lacey was loving towards our 2 dogs and communicative towards us! We felt at ease being away from them which says a lot ☺️
Lacey did an excellent job with my pets which include a needy dog, a grumpy cat, 2 rabbits, a tortoise, and a snake! This was my first time to hire a pet sitter and she was responsive, prompt, and made me feel very comfortable leaving my babies and house with her while I was away. She walked the dog, gave a daily medicine to my cat, and sent me a daily photo. I would definitely use again and highly recommend her services.
We share the same sentiment as all the other reviews x100. Our dog is a very reactive, distrusting, and sometimes aggressive rescue. Lacey was immediately so kind and patient with him at the first meeting. When she came to our house, she was quick to learn his routine and behavior, and was very understanding as he slowly warmed up to her over the course of the first day. He loved the walks, playtime, and snuggles. Not to mention she was able to sit for us on just two days’ notice! Cannot recommend Lacey enough and we’re so grateful to have a trusted sitter for the future.
Lacey did a wonderful job watching our two dogs, cat and our little stray cat outside. She stayed at our house for almost two weeks and kept our animals happy, fed and very comfortable. I hope to be able to use her again and I highly recommend her.

Lacey will forever be our go to house sitter! Our dogs are our babies and we were a little worried about leaving them home with someone, but upon meeting Lacey all of our worries disappeared. She is warm, welcoming and felt like talking to an old friend. She kept us updated and sent lots of pictures while we were away. Our dogs absolutely loved her and she even let them sleep in bed with her. You can tell Lacey genuinely loves animals and treats your babies like her own. We would recommend her to anyone!
