We’ll love your pet like it's ours!
For the last twenty-two years David and I have rescued, fostered, rehabilitated and re-homed hundreds of dogs, from 5 lb chihuahuas to 120 lb German shepherds, and we loved each and every one of them as if they were our own! We realize that not all pets are the same and that they all require a different type of care. It is our goal to make sure that I am giving your pet what it needs to be happy. Whether it is tons of play time. a warm lap to sit in or a jog around the lake, we will do what it takes to make sure your fur babies feels just as loved as if they were with you. We love walking the dogs along the waterfront in St. Pete and Gulfport or through one of the lovely parks or trails in Pinellas. I am certified in pet CPR. We have had as many as six dogs sharing out home with us through dog rescuing and dog sitting. As a result of that experience we am able to administer medicine, provide minor PT, work on minor behavioral issues and most importantly give them tons of love!!!

Excellent choice for our Kitty. Lacey did daily drop in visits while we were gone and sent daily reports and photos. Our Kitty was well taken care of. Highly recommend Lacey.
The dogs had a great time with Lacey! She even went above and beyond and refilled their water bowl. I would trust her with their care anytime.
I adopted my chiquaqua from Lacey Glass. Lacey has developed a personal relationship with many of her clients and I wouldn't leave my dogs with anyone else. I was so moved by one of Lacey Glass's foster dogs, my sixth grade students followed him and his progress. Then, wrote thesis papers about their responses and reactions to the dog that Lacey named Walker. Additionally, I picked up a handicapped dog from the Humane Society for Lacey. She immediately got a cart for the dog and found him a loving forever family. I was amazed how quickly Lacey accepted this challenge and took charge of a situation that I viewed as impossible.
Lacey has been a great foster mom to several dogs in our organization. She tirelessly donates her time at events and assists in managing the dogs at events. I hink she would take great care of anyone's dog ! Megan - Limbo Chihuahuas - chihuahua /mix rescue

Schedule
Pet care is my life! We schedule our daily routine around your pets and their needs! We will only walk, sit, visit or board your pets if we can personally commit to being with them the entire time.

We have tons of dog beds and soft spots for the babies to lay on! Outside is a fenced in yard that they can play in under supervision. Lots of time for cuddles and exercise!

A typical day
When we come to your home to walk your dog we will ask where you would like your babies to be walked. And we will do a trial walk so we can understand up front what your dog needs; If it is a leisurely walk with tons of sniffing or a brisk walk to let out some of that high energy so you can rest when you get home. We can also play with their toys. They can take the lead to let us know if they like to fetch, chase, etc. We can also help reinforce any commands they know or are working on.
