Though I'm just starting out on Rover, I've boarded, fostered and hand-raised many cats over more than a decade, across two countries, India and the US. I'm experienced in dealing with cats with health issues, very young kittens, and all breeds of cats.

Laboni was a wonderful sitter. She took care of Kumquat like her own. She communicated very well, made sure she knew everything about taking good care of our cat and sent us regular videos and pictures. We highly recommend her and would definitely book her again.
I had to go on another trip, and I knew I wanted to book with Laboni again. She took such great care of Biscuit the first time that I was confident Biscuit would feel safe and comfortable with her again. Just as before, Laboni did an amazing job. She was incredibly accommodating to Biscuit's special needs, especially while also caring for another cat. Laboni sent detailed updates, along with plenty of photos and videos, which gave me peace of mind throughout my trip. Thank you, Laboni, for taking such wonderful care of Biscuit! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable pet sitter.
Our 2nd booking with Laboni and it was wonderful! (again) Laboni is very attune to what cats like and don’t like, she is very knowledgeable. She knows Couch very well after 2x and Couch was very comfortable with her! She kept me updated with photos/videos/anecdotes which was so thoughtful and put me at ease (again)! 🐈⬛ Highly recommend 🙂
Laboni was incredibly sweet with Biscuit and very understanding of her special needs. Biscuit is a very shy cat who usually hides the entire time when strangers are around, but Laboni made her feel so safe that she came out of her hiding spots several times to say hello. Laboni also followed Biscuit's special feeding instructions perfectly and even suggested some great ideas to encourage her to eat. I would highly recommend Laboni and will definitely be booking with her again.
Laboni was a wonderful kitty sitter! Chirp can be very nervous around new people, but she seemed comfortable with Laboni despite haven’t never met before. They were also very good about taking pictures and videos and keeping us updated on how Chirp was throughout the trip. It’s clear that Laboni is very knowledgeable about cats and cat body language because they were very understanding and respectful of chirp’s boundaries. Will be booking with Laboni again!
Laboni was sweet and caring with Pancho and I felt completely relaxed leaving him with her. She sent pics and updates and really made an effort to care for all of his needs. Thank you Laboni!

Schedule
I'm a graduate researcher at USC currently working from home. I'm available across different times all week, and do not have pets in the home I'm currently in. I would deeply appreciate any cat's company, and would love to care for them like my own

I have an apartment with closed and screened windows, completely cat-proofed against escape artists (like my own cat back home). I'm experienced in giving cats medication, and understand that earning a cat's trust is a gentle process
A typical day
I love to engage a cat's senses with play, if they are comfortable and amenable to it! I also understand that play is not simply tossing a toy at a cat, but being an equal partner during play. I have a calm temperament, and can keep up with high energy cats, or cats who need a little more coaxing to play
