My schedule is unique currently and allows me every second week with free time and no children in the home. On the alternative week there would be 2 children who have experience with dogs of varying breeds and sizes. I would have more obligations and less flexibility but can still offer services as time allows. Can be discussed for individual needs on a case by case.

Safety, trust & environment
I have an almost entirely fenced backyard. The outside of the home is covered with security cameras with a full view of the property. there are two 7 year old, indoor cats living in the home that have their nails trimmed regularly. The cats are dog savvy and will avoid newcomers, slowly warming up. We have three floors with the option of separating the cats on the main level if issues arise or dog is not yet cat tested.

Communication is key to a great relationship, There’s no such thing as over communication in my books. If your dog requires any special care or attention or just likes to be scratched in a certain area, please let me know. Anything that will help me , help them is appreciated. Meeting new people and coming into a new area is scary and I have lots of empathy to share for any unique needs.
A typical day
I personally enjoy gardening and spending time outside in the backyard. I would expect a shadow to join me there or to have a game of fetch or work on some basic training if requested/ required. There are loads of nearby walking trails to go on adventures and I wouldn’t mind a hiking buddy. I can’t commit to a pup of my own currently but have time and love to give in the meantime if I can help.

Real Care
Pet care experience
I have had cats and dogs my whole life. Around the age of 10 I specifically took an interest in training my own or family members pets. I do not claim to be a professional however I do have experience with basic commands and walking if that’s something required.

Great experience with Kyrie. She sent updates and pictures letting me know how our dog (Piper) was. I was nervous leaving Piper since it was her first time away from our family. So glad that I chose Kyrie and will most definitely use her again to care for our pup. She did a great job and I think Piper had a lot of fun.

Wake had a wonderful time at Kyrie’s place. I am glad we could find this excellent person to care for him while we were on a boat ride for the day. He made a new paw friend and had a good nap. If she were in our town, we would ask her to take care of him for more time. :) Also, she gave the toy as a gift. She was so kind!
Kyrie is amazing!! You can tell she genuinely gives all the love to the pets in her care & treats them like her own! She sent me pictures and updates which meant a lot because my boy Sonny is just a puppy so I was nervous about him. Will definitely book with Kyrie again! 😊

If there were 100 stars, I'd give them all ⭐️ Kyrie and her family are so incredibly sweet. They not only take care of your pet, they love and adore them just as you do. I had daily updates and photos, and was met with understanding and compassion when plans changed and life got chaotic. I could not possibly express enough gratitude 🥺🙏💗
