I’m currently working part time from home so I could pet sit full time. I’ve been dog sitting for a friend and decided that I would like to work full time. It brings me so much joy. Easy job for me.

Usually, I would prefer to see the parent with their pet to understand the pet’s behavior. I enjoy one on one time with the pet.. whether they enjoy tummy rubs or playing w their toys. I would like to understand them.

A typical day
I like any active activities. So we can go to the dog park and we can run, play fetch and possibly I can teach them a new trick.

Pet care experience
In high school my community service was dog sitting homeless dogs. Then over summer break I’d train pets. I love it so much I’ll honestly do it for free.

Kyra babysat my little yorkie Howie and he loved her. He has some social challenges and can be over emotional around new people. Kyra understood this and gave him the space he needed to warm up to her. And most importantly, she knew how to maneuver him around other people. Highly recommend!
Kyra is a natural with understanding your dog’s needs. I’ve seen her with different breeds (big or small). She really has so much love for what she does. If you hire her you won’t be disappointed.
