When caring for pets in my home, I make sure they have plenty of water available at all times. My pets are rarely left alone, if I can bring my dogs along then they’re coming with me! I also make sure to spend time with my animals and my clients. I make sure that everyone feels comfortable and everyone is on the same page.. I would only want the same for my pets if someone else was watching them.

Please let me know if your pup has any sort of health issues that I should be aware of! I’m comfortable administering oral meds. I also need to know what triggers your pup may or may not have. I want to ensure your furbaby has the best (and safest!) experience with me!
A typical day
I love taking the dogs in my care on long hikes or to any local parks, especially when the weather is nice! My dogs are pretty active, which has forced me to branch out and find different parks and trails in the area.

Hi there! My name is Kyra and I just moved back to the area after spending the last 3 years in Virginia. Animals are, and always have been, a huge part of my life. I grew up with dogs and cats, and had such a passion for horses that I decided to go to college to study- you guessed it- horses. I can’t imagine my life without animals, which is why I decided to do Rover in my free time. As a helicopter parent of a dogs and two cats, I completely understand the anxiety that comes with having to leave your pets behind while you’re out of town. I make sure to go above and beyond for my clients, I want their pets to feel as though they’re on vacation too! Booked Kyra for a 30 minute drop in. She came to my house with someone else without consent. She did not follow instructions and only stayed for 15 minutes instead of the 30 I paid for. So disrespectful. Not sure how she’s got star status.
Kyra was fantastic watching our two dogs! She kept us very updated and kept them happy the whole weekend.
