Kym was great with our dog Rory, who takes a little time to warm up to new people. We appreciated the communication, pictures of the happy pup, and flexibility when we experienced a flight delay coming home.
Kym was wonderful - great communication, accommodating when we were running behind and most importantly, made our anxious dog feel very comfortable. Will definitely seek her out again in the future!
Kym is the best sitter we’ve ever had by a country mile. She was so communicative, honest, punctual, and attentive. She watched our senior pup Goldie for nearly 7 days, and by day 3 we were so comfortable we didn’t even really feel the need to check in. Additionally, when we came back our house was spotless as Kym made sure to clean up despite us not even asking her to. She is an absolute gem and we can’t wait to hire her again.
Kym did such a great job of taking care of our dog, Oscar. He’s an anxious guy who takes time to warm up to new people, but he really opened up to her by the end. Kym’s vet tech expertise also came in handy because he was on a topical medication during our stay!

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule. I work in the hospital as needed or pick up shifts when I can. I’m excited to have more time to accommodate pet parents😊

Your pet would receive the same patience and respect as I give my cat. Mine is spoiled and loves cuddles. But sometimes she has a spicy personality (she’s an orange cat). Luckily I’ve learned how to read body language and signals to better understand boundaries. Every animal has a unique personality.
A typical day
I’m all for off leash dog park play. However, I’m only comfortable with solo play, organized play dates and sibling playtime. I’ve seen my share of dog park incidents that could’ve been avoided. I don’t mind walking for long periods of time or playing endless games of fetch. I love my seniors and couch potato pitties.

- A dog/cat’s temperament is super important. Every animal is unique so, I need to know what may cause stress. I’m trained in “fear free” handling which means that I go at the animals pace to create a safe space. Don’t be afraid to disclose any quirks or dislikes they may have.
