Kymber can care for
Availability
I work full time Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm in Cedar Bluff, so I’m available for overnight in-home sitting during the week and drop-in visits on weekends only. Because I live in Maryville, I try to stay within a reasonable driving distance for services. I’m happy to discuss what works best for your pet’s routine and find a schedule that fits us both!

Safety, trust & environment
When caring for pets in your home, my priority is making them feel safe, secure, and loved in their familiar environment. I follow your routine as closely as possible—from feeding schedules and potty breaks to walks and playtime—because consistency helps pets feel at ease while you're away. I’m respectful of your home and treat it with the same care I would my own. I make sure doors stay locked, your space stays clean, and your pet is never left unattended longer than discussed. I also send regular updates and photos so you always know how your furry friend is doing. Because my own dog is temperamental, I don’t offer boarding. This allows me to focus completely on your pet in their own space, where they’re most comfortable.
Information Kymber M. would like to know about your pet
Before caring for any pet, I like to know as much as possible to keep them safe, happy, and stress-free. Some important things to know ahead of time include: **Daily routine – Feeding times, potty schedules, walks, bedtime, etc. **Temperament & quirks – Are they shy, energetic, anxious, or reactive around strangers or other animals? **Medical needs – Any medications, allergies, past injuries, or health concerns I should be aware of. **Commands & cues – What words or hand signals do they know? Are there any behaviors you’re working on? **House rules – Are they allowed on furniture? Do they need to be crated when left alone? **Emergency info – Vet contact, nearby emergency clinic, and what to do if something unexpected happens. I also prefer to do a meet-and-greet before confirming any booking. It’s a great way for your pet to get comfortable with me and for us to go over their routine, needs, and personality in person. It helps ensure a smooth, stress-free experience for everyone!
A typical day
Every pet has their own idea of fun, and I love discovering what makes them light up! Whether it’s going for a walk, playing fetch in the yard, tug-of-war with a favorite toy, or just getting belly rubs and snuggles—I’m all in. For pets who need mental stimulation, I enjoy doing treat puzzles, basic training refreshers, or slow sniff walks to keep their minds engaged. I always match the activity level to your pet’s age, energy, and personality—whether they’re high-energy goofballs or laid-back cuddle bugs!

Pet care experience
Animals have always held a special place in my heart. Over the years, I’ve owned and cared for pets of all shapes and sizes—from tiny Chihuahuas to massive English Mastiffs. I’ve also had cats and other small animals, though my cat experience is more limited. Whether it’s a playful pup, a senior dog with a routine, or a shy fur baby needing a gentle touch—I treat every pet like family. I know each animal has their own personality, and I take time to understand what makes yours feel safe, happy, and comfortable. I have experience with senior dogs, high-energy breeds, and pets with big personalities—including my own temperamental dog. Because of this, I only offer in-home sitting (in your home), not boarding. I also offer drop-in visits on weekends only, as I work full time Monday through Friday (9am–6pm) in Cedar Bluff and live in Maryville. I’m dependable, flexible with short notice, and great with communication. I also know how important it is for you to feel confident when you're away, so you can expect regular updates and photos while your pet is in my care. Let’s chat and schedule a meet-and-greet—I’d love to connect with you and your four-legged family!
Reviews

Kymber did an amazing job with my pups! I have 2 crazy pugs and she was able to handle them great! I even had to ask her hand feed one of my other dogs, which she did great with!

Kymber is very responsible and friendly. She took notes during our meet and greet, which was impressive. The house was spic and span when I returned. My dog was also very happy when I returned home after Kymber, and the pics she sent during the visit indicate everyone had a great time. I would highly recommend her.

Kymber was amazing. My dogs were well cared for. She sent lots of photos and updates and left the house clean and tidy. She went above and beyond to help us out when we got stuck overnight after our flight was cancelled. I cannot express how grateful I was for her. She was gracious and communicative. Absolute professionalism. I would recommend Kymber to anyone!

She is very nice and my pups seemed to love her and her husband!
