I would love to know how your dog is with other dog, how well they walk in the forest off leash or if you prefer for your dog to remain leashed, do they have any special needs, and anything else you think would be useful for me to know ( special command … ).
A typical day
A typical day in our life looks like some work or project in the yard and around the house with a big walk in the woods or down closer to the lake. I also like to physically and mentally stimulate your pup. Positive reinforcment is always my go to to ensure your dog as an awesome time here and wants to come back and hang with us in the future!

Pet care experience
I’ve grown up with animals and ever since I’ve lived in Nelson I’ve been walking and sitting my friends, coworkers and neighbours beloved pups. They’ve always told me how their dog seemed so happy after spending some time with me and Timber and how whenever they walk close to our home their pups pulls toward our house to come say hi!! I will take care of you’re precious pups just like they were mine and give them all of the play, walks and cuddles they need! We took some puppy training class 4 years ago and our teaching technique is all about positive reinforcement. Our house always has good treats around to reward good behaviour. For the moment, I have a super flexible schedule and have lots of time daily to go for long walks. If your dog would like to join Timber and I for some adventures we would love to have them come with us. We love spending time by the lake and explore new mountain trails. Rain, snow or shine nothing stops us! I have a fully fenced yard and 1 dog (Timber) that is very welcoming in our yard and home. Our house is also located very close to lakeside park so if you have an older dog that prefers a nice shorter walk I’m perfectly located! Also happy to have your well behaved puppers stay home with us. I have a vehicle and am happy to drive to pickup your pet for a nice walk with us or to have them around our house. Additional fees might apply depending on location.
