JULY 2026 UPDATE: I’ve moved to Chelsea, NYC! I am super excited to meet new pets and get going with new clients here ◡̈ Hope to meet you and your fur baby soon! —— Hi! I live in Sherman Oaks with my friendly pup Jax (6ish years old, about 60lbs). I absolutely love animals and I work from home, so I would love to help other dog (and cat!) owners out with walks, check-ins, or even providing a safe and fun boarding space for their dogs here! I’ve been a volunteer with Forte Animal Rescue for 11 years, which is where I got my former dog and my current dog. Caroline was a senior with cancer when I rescued her, and I nursed her back to health after surgery and gave her the best five years that I could before she left to go over the rainbow bridge. I then rescued Jax (also through Forte) as a puppy, and he is living his best life here with me in Sherman Oaks. He’s super sweet, though he gets nervous outside around trucks and loud noises. He’s a cutie and enjoys having doggie guests in our home (seriously, he loves it).

I live in a townhouse with a big area on the first floor where the pups can play. My kitchen is blocked off by a baby gate, and human food is absolutely never left anywhere accessible to any dog. Upstairs is my bedroom, where Jax sleeps either on his bed or on mine. Your dog can sleep wherever they like (we love snuggles)! If you are crate training, I even have a crate stored under my bed that I am happy to bring out. The second floor also has my office, where Jax likes to lounge on the couch and play with toys. Then there is a rooftop where we like to sunbathe- it also has space to play!

Schedule
I am home almost every day, and I walk Jax about 4 miles every day, which your dog can join for (or I am also happy to walk your dog separately if you prefer!). We wake up around 8:30am and go to sleep around 11pm, with lots of potty breaks and two big walks during the day. I leave to run errands, but never for more than an hour or two.
