Once again she's a great sitter! I leave my pups with her with total confidence that they’re in great hands.

I was very disappointed with this experience. I booked a two-hour stay for my puppy, Calvin, with the expectation that the sitter would spend that time caring for and interacting with him. Instead, she opened his crate and left without making sure he was safely secured before leaving. Calvin walked out of the crate and was left unattended for over 10 minutes. I had to notice what happened myself and contact her to ask her to return and put him safely back in his crate. I was also disappointed that there appeared to be little to no playtime or meaningful interaction with him during the visit, despite this being a two-hour booking. As a puppy, he needs supervision, attention, and engagement, and those were the reasons I booked a sitter rather than simply leaving him alone. Leaving a puppy unsecured and unattended was especially concerning to me from a safety standpoint. I should not have had to monitor the visit myself and contact the sitter to make sure my puppy was safely secured. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not book with this sitter again.

Pippi stayed with Kylie for three nights, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She’s only ever stayed with family, so leaving her in a new home was a big step for both of us. Pippi has pretty significant separation anxiety and often hides and won’t eat when she’s stressed, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the first day, Kylie kept me updated with photos and little messages about how Pippi was doing. Seeing her asleep in Kylie’s bed and on the couch with her dog Winnie was great. When Pippi wasn’t interested in eating, she made her a chicken topper to tempt her, and that simple gesture meant a lot to me. I’ll absolutely book with Kylie again. Her gentle and calm demeanor is exactly what Pippi needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Kylie is AMAZING! My two Yorkies recently stayed with her for twelve days. She sent pictures and videos every day and always replied immediately before/during my pups stay. She even bought more diapers for my four month old! Her home was spotless and I felt very comfortable leaving Oliver and little Miss Maisie Mae with her while I was away. I will definitely use her services again!

Kylie was fantastic, she was attentive to our 10 week puppy. Kylie watched Kora for 5 days and each day Kora came home happy and healthy! We look forward to having Kora back with Kylie!
