With an open and flexible schedule, I’m excited to finally pursue my true passion, working with animals. I have over 6–8 years of experience in pet care and pet sitting, and I’ve cared for a wide variety of animals, from snakes, rabbits, and newborn kittens and puppies to farm animals like pigs, goats, chickens, ducks, and geese. I am also pursuing a career in veterinary medicine! Whether I’m pet sitting or simply helping an animal in need, I do it out of genuine love and compassion. You can feel confident knowing your pet is in caring, capable hands, I’ll treat them like family.

All of my pets are fed twice a day with portions based on their weight, and grooming is a regular part of our routine. My biggest dog gets bathed as often as he’ll let me, and the others are brushed regularly because of their long fur. My cat gets her weekly brushing too, and I clip claws as needed! While I don’t need to walk my dogs since we have a fenced yard with a doggy door, I still love taking them on walks around the neighborhood. And of course, playtime is a daily must because let’s be honest, who doesn’t love that?

It’s very helpful for me to know any specific triggers or behavioral quirks your pet may have especially if they tend to pull on the leash or react strongly to things like birds or other animals. While I’m great with handling pets, I’m not the strongest person physically as I had a major surgery a few months ago, so having a heads-up helps ensure a safe and enjoyable walk for both of us!

I love keeping pets engaged with interactive toys and playtime, it’s a great way to help them burn off energy and stay happy! Depending on the pet’s personality, we might enjoy some quiet cuddle time or even relax together while watching a movie. I always try to match activities to what your pet enjoys most, making sure they feel loved and entertained throughout the day.

I’ve been passionate about animals my entire life, and I’ve had the joy of caring for a wide variety of pets over the years. From my very first fish and family cats to now raising three wonderful dogs and my beloved cat, Willow, I’ve developed a deep love and understanding of animals. With years of hands on experience, I know how to provide pets with the attentive, loving care they deserve. Whether it’s feeding, grooming, or simply offering comfort and companionship, I treat every animal as if they were my own.
