I debated writing this review. My dogs were pretty uncomfortable at drop off and nervously barking. I wanted to be sure that Kylie was comfortable being that she had never met them before and she had a young child. She stated that they would be fine and warm up later. The communication was almost non-existent before the trip started and during the trip there was none at all. I received no pictures of my girls and upon pick up they were anxious and looked super frail. I sent more than enough food for the days they would be there and sent clear instructions on their feeding schedule. I was sent home with less than a cup of dog food out of what I sent with them, which I did not understand as I over packed. My girls on a regular are grazers and when in the care of others do not overeat. So for there to be no food given back to me and them looking so skinny (this was a 4 day trip) it caused alarm. Candi has also had diarrhea since pick up. I am not sure how the stay was for them as there was no communication about it. I will not use Kylie again and it is unfortunate as she seemed nice.

Take's good care of my dog for a over a week, and has done a really great job.

Kylie was awesome! She was responsive, sent photos throughout the stay, and was a great caregiver to Lunar. He came back settled and calm. I could tell he was worn out from playing and had been given much love. I will most definitely be using Kylie again and recommending her to those I know. I 10/10 recommend booking with her!

Kylie is an amazing sitter! We have used her multiple times now and my girls love her. They come back happy and healthy every time. She makes pick up and drop off so easy! I highly recommend her.

I’m not usually one to leave a scathing review, but boarding Mia with Kylie was pretty terrible across the board. Communication was mostly nonexistent - I had to ask multiple times to get pictures of Mia, and the ones I received were blurry and awful. The second time I asked to get pics, I didn’t get any response. She kept using excuses like “I dropped my phone in water” and “have you not been receiving my texts?” She insisted on picking up and dropping off Mia, which seems nice on the surface, but Kylie was late to pick up and drop off. If I could attach pics, I would - but when Mia was dropped off, she looked sickly and had pee-stained paws. I’m not sure what happened or where she was being kept, but it was clearly not a great environment. Think twice before boarding with Kylie.

Kylie was awesome with my girls! She was flexible with pickup and drop off, which made planning for our trip super easy. Both girls came home happy and healthy. They weren’t stressed from their vacation at Kylie’s at all. I highly recommend her for boarding.
