Kylie was an excellent communicator both prior to and during our booking. She took care of our dog and home wonderfully and we will happily book with her again!

Kylie was absolutely incredible. We really lucked out finding her on here and we are so grateful we did. She was gracious, kind, understanding, accommodating, flexible, and so, very helpful. We had never left our fur baby for that long nor had a house sitter Kyle put all our fears to rest. She came over several times before our trip to make sure everyone was comfortable and to make sure we covered everything I could think of under the sun. She was so patient with me as I was an absolute wreck worrying about leaving. It was my son's wedding and it was out of the country and I don't think I would have been able to enjoy myself if I didn't feel that our baby was in good hands. She never said a word about the late night texts from the time difference, the list of phone numbers she kept getting from other family members phones when I didn't have coverage, the changing schedules from flight delays and cancellations, and she requested days off work so she could spend more time focused on our needs. In short, she was amazing. She sent pictures and videos every day and we came home to a spotless house. I'm pretty sure it was cleaner than I left it. This poor thing is stuck with us because we are going to schedule our trips around her from now on. I won't leave him with anyone or anywhere else. If you are lucky enough to have her take care of your baby; you won't ever have to stress, because you know they are with the absolute best! Thank you Kylie!

Kylie was sure to change the cats litter every single day, feed them as requested, and she even made time to take my dog for a walk every day for the whole week! Every time she comes by, my pets are always so excited to see her. Kylie is extremely reliable and responsible, and I would definitely recommend her if you're looking for pet care.
