I care deeply for animals in both my personal and professional life! From childhood through today, I have cared for my sweet dog and guinea pig companions at home. I am currently pursuing a career involving animal care & conservation education, so I understand the importance of connection with animals on a multitude of levels. I hope to apply my skills while gaining some experience with domestic species that are less common at work. I have occasionally done drop-in visits for friends & family in the past, so I am excited to get started with Rover now! My work ethic is meticulous and I enjoy collaborating with others. I will pursue a shared understanding of the needs for you and your pets to determine if we are a good match. I am most eager to develop a relationship with your companion that becomes more and more comfortable each visit! Applicable species experience: dog breeds ~ brittany spaniel, shih tzu, labrador retriever, terrier mixes small mammals ~ guinea pig, rabbit, ferret, chinchilla birds ~ ringneck dove reptiles ~ common box turtle, bearded dragon, blue-tongued skink, corn snake, ball python, milksnake, sand boa **I'm not afraid of frozen rodents and mealworms, but will minimize handling of live crickets and other jumping insects :) If you have an animal that I haven't listed, please feel free to reach out!
