I have always had multiple pets while growing up - dogs and cats of all sizes, personalities, and needs. I treat them as family members! I volunteered for 4 years at an animal shelter, worked at a boarding kennel for 3 years, and have spent 3 years working part-time as a veterinary assistant at animal hospitals. I also have house sitting experience with several family friends! I gravitate towards kitties and smaller dogs (my family has chis), but I love all four legged friends! No need to worry if a sitter will notice a medical issue, not know how to handle it, or wonder if they can handle a pet with medical needs. Pets with prescriptions, dietary needs/restrictions, or ones that just need a little more attention are welcome!
