I am lucky enough to work entirely from home, and only 4 days a week (Tuesday-Friday). This affords me wonderful work/life balance, and the flexibility to be there for your furbaby always, taking multiple park, walk, and play breaks throughout the day. As a daily standard, Rosie and I will visit our neighborhood park at least twice a day to socialize and play, on top of going on several walks in between, and playing at home.

Calling the Glebe home, I am lucky to live in one of the most beautiful, safe, and animal friendly neighborhoods in the city. Though I live in a one-bedroom apartment on the 8th floor of a small high-rise, my home is very cozy and welcoming (especially for dogs and cats!). I have a beautiful outdoor balcony space with a wonderful view for furpals to relax on, and a spacious indoor area with multiple dog beds, lots of dog toys, and a pet friendly couch and king bed (I have a corgi-approved ramp for access). Your furbabies will feel right at home with Rosie and have a pal to play and lounge with at all times. Additionally, my neighbourhood is surrounded by safe walking paths, and extensive green park spaces, featuring multiple dog parks within a few minutes walk, and a very friendly dog community (Rosie will make the proper introductions to her best pals). Rest-assured that your furbaby will be in a stimulating, yet safe environment, and get lots of exercise and social time!

Please let me know how to best care for your furry family member. This includes any special needs and requests such as: - any medications to administer - feeding protocol and timing - behavioural challenges or risks (reactive to certain dogs, protective of food/toys, hates skateboards, etc.) - diet restrictions (for treats!) - preferred type of exercise or play - on/off leash preferences Additionally, please let me know if you would like to schedule a meet and greet beforehand. Currently I do not offer pickup/dropoff services, but if you are unable to dropoff and pickup your furbaby, please let me know and I may be able to arrange something.
A typical day
What to expect when you book a stay with Rosie and I: - a minumum of 2 park play sessions (there are several gorgeous dog parks within a few minutes walk from my home) - a minimum of 3 walks a day - multiple potty breaks throughout the day - indoor play and snuggle time with Rosie (she has many toys to share!) - constant companionship (via Rosie and I!) - multiple photo and video updates throughout the day (and additional when requested)

I have owned dogs all of my life, and I have had the privilege to also take care of other people's furry loved ones since I was very young. From dogs and cats, to guinea pigs and rats, and even horses and donkeys, I have been lucky enough to care for pets of all shapes and sizes. I am a devoted animal lover at heart, and always look for ways to incorporate more furbabies into my life! I have extensive experience with client services such as dog walking, dog grooming, dog/cat boarding, and animal socialization. My furdaughter Rosie Posey, is a very sassy but sweet little Corgi, that demands the utmost attention and care, so I am no stranger to dogs with high needs and spirited personalities! Rosie is itching to make new fur-friends and would love to welcome new pupper and kitter pals to our humble home (sharing only the best toys and spots to play at the parks around the neighborhood). I am equipped and happy to handle puppies, seniors, and animals with special needs or particular requirements. As a service standard, I guarantee that your furbaby will have 1 on 1 attention, oodles of social time, extensive exercise, and constant care. I also provide regular photo and video updates, because you deserve peace of mind, and your furbaby deserves a great time!

Mango had a great time with Kyle and Rosie! Kyle was super responsive and sent a lot of updates with photos and videos during the day, which made me feel more at ease about leaving him with a sitter (helicopter dog mom here).

Kyle was amazing with our corgi, Lola! Lola came home both days happy and sleepy from lots of walks and playing with his corgi Rosie. He provided lots of photos and a couple videos of the fun. If you have a corgi, I would highly recommend Kyle! He really understood Lola’s corgi quirks (i.e. barks, food sensitivities, joint issues) and was able to accommodate to what she needed. I’m always nervous about leaving Lola with new people, but Kyle welcomed us and made me feel comfortable with her being there. We will definitely reach out in the future!
