Safety, trust & environment
I have a home on a 1/4 acre lot with open front yard and a fenced back yard. Pets visiting here will have access to the backyard via a doggy door at all times for bathroom breaks and water. I have a faucet that’s always on for dogs in the backyard along with ample shade. There’s AC and water bowls on the inside of the home as well... I can separate certain areas of the house with gates or allow them to have full freedom - I find it’s dog dependent and whatever the dog owner is comfortable with happening. I’ve dealt with everything from dog cones to epileptic dogs that would have seizures and require daily medications plus emergency care - nothing will phase me and I’m happy to help the pets live their best life while giving Bolo someone to play with while I work

Information Kyle T. would like to know about your pet
Full Rover profile with emergency contacts preferred Any medications and feeding routines Leash training information (on leash only is OK) Off-leash expectations: where and when is it OK, if at all How they do with other dogs in the house (Bolos’ home too) - recommendations on needing a meetup based off your dogs history appreciated (others wise I assume it’s OK - no previous history of major issues) Specialty asks for food or activity during the stay Quirks of your dog - they all have some that are dog dependent. Bolo for example will crawl on your lap and whine if you forget to feed him dinner and likes to get under the covers.
A typical day
Morning/evening walk around the neighborhood at a minimum (unless unable physically) and potentially swimming at the local water front park if owner recommends off-leash as OK or provides an extra long leash. Typical weekend includes the same with many weekends including a visit to the Sandy river delta (1000 acre) dog park for an off-leash 4 mile loop around the park.

Pet care experience
I’ve always had dogs and various pets in my home and have routinely watched other animals for friends, families or neighbors whenever needed. I’ve worked with large and small breeds with varying temperaments (calm and even aggressive) along with dogs of special needs requiring medications and treatment when injured or disabled. All dogs are welcome and my German Shorthaired Pointed named Bolo will likely make them feel right at home and show them around his yard and favorite neighborhood spots. Bolo is a great dog with LOTS of energy and typically wants to play non-stop with dog friends as a consideration when requesting a booking.

Kyle was very responsive and great with our dog, Asher. thank you so much for caring for him today!
I have always had large dogs with lots of energy to burn and having a reliable pet sitter has been a gift. Kyle has cared for our labs and golden and they love the guy! It puts my mind at ease knowing that the dogs are given the freedom to explore, while being watched over. I highly recommend Kyle!
Kyle has raised the sweetest dogs, always loved and nurtured his dogs. He has trained his current GSP to be our grandkids most adored surrogate dog. Kyle has cared for our pets for many years, and without fail we have been confident they were watched for responsibly. You won’t go wrong with him.
