This is our second stay with Kyle. He’s absolutely the best! Both dogs love going to his place. He’s always got lots of doggy friends for them to play with and Kyle sends photos and videos and checks in. Thanks Kyle!!

Kyle did not answer any messages or his door the day of our pet sitting. We had talked previously and set up a time to drop off our dog, but he completely ignored us the day of. He did not apologize for the inconvenience and left us in an emergency situation where we had no one to watch our dog for our trip. We are extremely disappointed.

Kyle’s was amazing with my 2 1/2 year old husky! Played with her outside and sent many updates while I was out of town, I will be definitely rebooking with Kyle!

My husband and I were very disappointed in our boarding experience with Kyle. He has positive reviews, star sitter status, and 4.9 stars overall, so we were not concerned going into the boarding. However, there were glaring issues that need to be addressed. Dropping our dogs off I was shocked at the state of his house. I only saw the front room, but was appalled by the amount of filth. The smell of urine was extremely pungent walking in. After leaving, I considered trying to find another option last minute for our dogs but we were leaving for our trip in a few hours after and had limited options. Kyle was great with communication prior to the end of the board and sent many videos and pictures of our dogs. However, I didn’t realize he would have so many dogs at one time. There were probably 7+ other dogs in the videos I was sent. It wasn’t a super big deal, but he gave us the wrong leash when we picked up our dogs. He also told us our dogs were not eating all their meals, which is extremely unlike them. I think he has too many dogs at one time to care for them properly. After picking up our dogs, they smelled so badly of urine we had to give them both baths after getting home. There was a stain on our kennel mat and our dogs smelled so badly I asked if they had had any accidents and never got a response. I would not recommend trusting your fur babies with Kyle.

We had another fantastic experience with Kyle! Our Dalmatian was well taken care of and well loved! Finding a sitter that I feel total confidence in has been wonderful. We could enjoy our travel knowing that our dog was having a great time!
