I wanted a dog in the worst way as a child but my parents wouldn't let me. The first thing I did when I bought my first house was get a dog. Two years later I rescued a 2nd dog from the Humane Society. We have now had dogs in our home/family for 20 plus years. My friends and neighbors sometimes call me the dog whisperer because I can make friends with any dog. I am a remote employee so I work from my home office. We have a large fenced in backyard so your four legged family member will have plenty of room to run around. We will treat them like a member of our family. Our four legged camp counselor Coco (yellow lab) loves to play with other dogs. Send your pooch on a dog vacation while you are on vacation!
