Availability
My availability is currently open—booking early is the best way to lock in your spot (future you will be glad you did). For walks and drop-ins, I’m flexible. Want to chat for a minute? I’m in. In a rush? Hand me the leash—I’ll take off. Running late, heading out, or on a date and your dog needs a quick walk? I can go, go, go. Late night walks and drop-ins available! I respond within an hour—just not always first thing in the morning. I’m usually out with dogs early and check messages during the hotter part of the day (1–4). A little patience goes a long way. Tulsa traffic is real, and I regularly cover Bixby, Broken Arrow, Midtown, and Riverside—so timing can vary slightly. Scheduled visits always come first (the dogs have a union), which means meet & greets are evenings only. Meet & greets are free within my usual range. I’m happy to travel—it just needs to make sense on both sides. This is my full-time job, and I take it seriously. You’ll get updates through Rover with ETAs and photos. After booking, I’m happy to text for quicker communication—whatever you prefer. My calendar is updated every 3–5 days and is generally accurate. Booking ahead is the best way to secure your spot. I genuinely enjoy it all—walks, naps, snuggles, and treats (their idea). I adjust to your dog’s routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and at home. I do get excited about new dogs and new places, so I appreciate a little time to respond before requests are canceled. I hate missing a great opportunity—especially for the dogs.

About Kyle C.

Safety, trust & environment
I have reliable transportation and a dog-friendly car, so getting to you—or taking your dog on an adventure—is easy. In your home, I follow your dog’s routine—walks, meals, meds if needed, and plenty of attention. I keep things clean, organized, and low-stress. I pay attention to the small details that help your dog feel at home. I respect your space—no going through personal items, everything stays where it belongs. I do need basic access: a restroom, a place to rest, and outlets. I may use the TV for background noise. I run hot, so fans/AC help. I’ll talk to your dog, snack late, and come up with funny dog puns. I adjust to your dog’s energy and routine—whether that’s long walks or just keeping them company.
Information Kyle C. would like to know about your pet
I do my best to capture updates throughout the day—meals, rest, walks, and overall behavior (yes, even the less glamorous moments when needed). That said, if I’m following your dog’s routine closely, I ask for a bit of trust that everything is being handled as scheduled. I really appreciate detailed schedules—printed, written, or in your notes app. I read them, follow them, and use them to keep everything consistent for your dog. The priority is always the same: consistent care, clear communication, and a happy, healthy dog.
A typical day
If your dog loves walks, I’ve got it covered—structured, relaxed, or somewhere in between. If they’re into play (tug-of-war, fetch, or “I’ll just hold the toy and stare at you”), I’m in. If they prefer couch time, quiet company, or a good nap, I match that energy too. Car rides are always an option—front seat or back seat, I don’t play favorites. I adjust to your dog’s personality and routine, whether that’s high-energy activity or a slower, more relaxed pace.

Pet care experience
I’ve always had a natural connection with dogs. Growing up with my chocolate lab, Buddy, taught me early on that patience, consistency, and kindness go a long way (and that tennis balls are basically currency). Dogs of all personalities tend to feel comfortable around me—including those who are shy, anxious, or a little skeptical at first (especially around men). I focus on creating a calm, low-pressure environment so they can relax, warm up, and be themselves at their own pace. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs for friends, coworkers, clients, and family, and I treat every home with respect—clean, organized, and dependable. I’m also comfortable handling more detailed care, including medications and insulin injections, always following your instructions closely (your routine = the law). I’m happy to set up a meet & greet or video call so you and your dog can get a feel for me beforehand. It usually takes about 30 seconds for the dog to decide if I pass the vibe check. What sets me apart is simple: I pay attention. I notice patterns, behavior, energy shifts—the little things that tell you how a dog is actually feeling. Whether it’s a high-energy puppy, a laid-back adult, or a senior dog who needs a slower pace, I adjust to them—not the other way around. My goal is simple: your dog feels safe, cared for, and completely at ease… and you don’t have to think twice while you’re away.
