Whoever said dogs are man’s best friend wasn’t lying! Since third grade I've always had a dog in my life--and I can't see myself without one. The companionship they display to their family is amazing. From couch snuggles, to going to dog parks, to playing fetch, and so much more, dogs are my life! I've always had at least one dog in my life. We currently have 1 dog, a chiweenie, and love her to death! I have fostered dogs from the Humane Society in Winona MN when I was in middle school through High School. It was hard, as I fell in love with every pooch that came through our doors. I ended up even adopting one because we were so attached! I love visiting humane societies in my area now to give the dogs and cats some companionship as well. Since high school, my dream was to open up a pet sanctuary to help those in need, as well as run my own dog daycare in the same area. I've researched everything from humane careers to animal abuse investigator careers, as everything I want to do with my future revolves around these guys! I was raised by my mother who taught me everything about kindness, and that's how I live my life. I treat everyone with respect, including their little loved ones. Communication in life is key, so I will always be available to the family if they need me and I will keep them updated on how the stay is going. Making sure that you and your pup are completely well taken care of is my number one priority, so I’ll be in regular communication with you by way of text and picture messages to let you know how your pup is getting along and what we’ve done for the day. For them, I’m always happy to accommodate their needs and design a stay around what they love doing the best! When it comes to specific policies, I have no breed, size, age, or sex preferences whatsoever. I do like, however, for meet and greets to always be within the dog’s environment. I let them do the investigating on me before I move in. I like to show them I am harmless, usually kneeling down or sitting down with a hand outreached to let them smell and go about questioning. Small talk and affection is guaranteed. I’m sure we’ll become friends in no time!

Ruby had a great time with this sweet family. Kyle was very responsive and sent lots of pictures for us to see while we were away. She came home seeming to have good energy, which tells me she was happy there. Thanks for caring for our fur baby! Hope we meet again!

Amazing stay. It felt like Sampson was part of their family and on his own vacation staying with them while we were away.
Abel was very happy to be in his own home. He remained a little anxious for awhile after we got home, but overall had a much better experience than being boarded outside our home. Kyle took good care of him in spite of not getting much sleep himself.
Kyle did a great job taking care of my 2 dogs and my cat. My dogs really responded to him and I have one dog with high anxiety and he was very comfortable with Kyle, which is not always the case. I was very comfortable after meeting Kyle that my animals would be well taken care of and when I got home they were all very relaxed and happy. I would definitely recommend and use Kyle again.

Schedule
I am currently working full time during the day and my wife and I have alternating schedules (she works nights) so she will be helping watch your fur buddy during the day! Someone will always be with them.

I'm always careful with clients animals and their needs as if they were my own. Everything and everyone will be trusted to make sure they are best friends as soon as possible to make their experience fun!

A typical day
Every morning upon waking up, we let a little energy out by going outside to play, walk, chase each other before coming in for a dog's favorite activity, food! Our day would consist of visiting a dog park, find dog friendly activities happening in our area, etc (depending on the pup’s family requests) I wish I had more outdoor trails around me, I'd be on them much more! I am a big fitness person, so getting my dogs out and sharing that lifestyle with me is a must. Depending on schedules now, our pups get at least three walks a week and two visits to the dog playground as well. Of course, your pup is welcome to come along and we love nothing better than to hit up the park with a big gang of pooches in tow!
