Kyla and Thomas put us completely at ease, visiting before the sit to understand our needs, responding to our nervous questions as first timers, and sending us the cutest pictures of them on daily (often multiple) walks with the pups and cuddling our 2 puppies and 2 cats at home. We returned to a house in tip-top order, towels laundered, dishes washed, everything clean (and I have quite exacting standards). Most importantly, the pets, though happy to see us, were relaxed, healthy, and happy, and seemed to wonder where their new friends had gone. Plus, they are just clearly good people, kind and sweet and considerate. We would use this lovely couple again (or actually either of them as well) in a heartbeat. Thanks so much, Kyla and Thomas!
