Very flexible and accommodating in accepting last minute bookings and unforeseen changes in plans for pickup. Always more than happy to help and communicates right away with texts and updates and pictures, too. Gives special treatment and consideration, including meds as needed, which gives me peace of mind in leaving her!

Kyla was wonderful to work with. She genuinely cares, got up in the middle of the night and gave my dog medicine and stayed with her to settle her down during a storm. She was very flexible with my return schedule and gave me lots of updates on how my dog was doing which eased my mind.
Kyla took great care of our old pup! We booked with her kind of last minute but it wasn't an issue, she was happy to help! She kept us updated on how he slept and ate since he gets a little anxious and can paced and doesn't eat, but by the second evening he ate and slept all night which shows he was comfortable there. He came home happy 😊 I absolutely recommend Kyla, she made the whole process very simple, she is kind, and I am confident my pup was taken care of! We will be using Kyla's services again when needed!

Kyla was wonderful with our 2 cats. Her time was flexible and she was easy to book with over Christmas. During our initial meet and greet, the natural way she interacted with both Magik and Spooky, learning her history with animals, and her authenticity put my nerves at ease. During our time away, Kyla kept us up to date on her visits, how our cats were doing and included pictures. When we returned home, both cats were happy doing great. Kyla will be our go to anytime we are away.

I also provide lots of space for your pet to retreat to if they prefer solitude. Whether it’s a play session, a nap in a cozy spot, or simply some peaceful downtime, your pet will always feel at ease. In Your Home: When I care for your pet in their own home, I prioritize maintaining their routine and comfort. I offer drop-in visits to feed, play, and clean up, or take your dog for a walk to ensure they get the exercise and fresh air they need. I understand the importance of a pet’s familiar surroundings, so I make sure they feel safe and secure in their own space. Whether it’s a walk, a play session, or just some cuddle time, I’m here to provide the attention your pet needs while keeping you updated with photos and messages.

I would be doing what is best for your pup. If your pup is more energetic then we would be doing more activities like walks, dog park, play fetch, things like that. If your pup is more chill and laid back and/or older and doesn't want to or you preferred them not to, that's what we will do. I think every dog has their own thing and want them to be as comfortable as they can be. So, I'd focus on what your dog needs.
