We have a great routine established that includes structured exercise time, play time, rest time, feeding etc. and make each dog as comfortable as can be no matter their personality. We always have friendly dogs for them to play with if they enjoy other dogs and if they don’t then we are sure to give extra one on one time with them.

While we accept ALL types of dogs no matter the age, temperament, size or breed, we still like to know a little background about the dog before their arrival so we are most prepared to give them the ultimate experience and keep them safe. Some examples of important information to know is medical history, feeding schedule, if they are fearful or aggressive, etc so we can best prepare doe their needs. We offer all kinds of fun and stimulation for the dogs we take care of. Depending on weather, we bring out the pools and splash pads. We have a whole dog agility/obstacle course and confidence building stations. We do structures games of tug and fetch for dogs that are fulfilled by that. Walks and plenty of play time for dog friendly dogs.

Chad and Kyla are the real deal. Booking was easy, communication was excellent, and they were incredibly flexible and understanding when our return got delayed — no stress, no pressure, just genuine care for Riley. The photos and videos they sent throughout the stay said it all: I’ve honestly never seen Riley look happy and at ease with anyone, anywhere. You can tell immediately that they’re true dog people who understand dogs — not just providing a service, but creating a real home environment where pups thrive. My French Bulldog got a heat stroke while in the care of Team Floppy Ears. I received a call from the owner after 6 1/2 hours, letting me know something was wrong with my dog, I asked him for details & he said he didn’t know but something seemed wrong & he needed someone to go pick him up, because the last thing he needed was a dog to die in his property. I asked him if he needs to go to vet and he said “I don’t know” he then send me a video of him & his conditions are clearly not good, he’s laying outside in the dirt. I then noticed he seemed dehydrated, he’s outside and nothing was being done. He was responsible for the dog!. After, watching the video I asked him if he can bring him indoors which he replied he did, but clearly the video he sent me he had him outside. While all of this is going on I’m in the airplane boarding & trying to get in contact with someone so they can get him attention. I sent him a message and asked him if he can please take him to the vet and he refused, his answered was “Dude, I have a property full of dogs. I need to take care of here. I can’t leave.” so he refused and wasn’t able to get anyone to watch the other dogs to rush a dog that was in critical health conditions to get help. My sister finally gets to his property and rushes him to the Vet. The dogs temperature is at 110, clearly the dog had Severe hyperthermia.Vet said 30 more minutes & he would of died, clearly the dog got a heat stroke from being left outside, Vet said there is no other way or circumstances a dog’s temperature can rise up to 110.I just don’t understand why would someone just watch a dog be in critical health conditions & do nothing about it, why would they wait for someone to come get him instead of taking him in, why why would he refuse to take him in. This is clearly negligence! French bulldogs are kept indoors and are only out for potty breaks or under supervision.I strictly gave him instructions & let him know my dog was an indoor dog.
