Kyla was wonderful with Molly!

Kyla watched my dog over a weekend and I came home to a happy dog. Kyla was nice when meeting her and was understanding to my dog’s needs. I will book with her again.

Kyla was friendly and initially seemed confident in her ability to care for my senior dog, who has special needs. I gave a detailed walkthrough and made sure expectations were clearly communicated, including medication, hygiene, and how to work with Flicka’s cues—never forcing her, and using a muzzle for safe handling with her mobility sling. Kyla acknowledged all of this before accepting the booking. However, partway through the stay, she unexpectedly requested additional payment for tasks she had already agreed to, such as administering meds and basic cleanup. When I returned home, I found my dog uncleaned, with soiled pads left behind. Kyla had also left before I got back, and responded defensively when I followed up with a simple question about whether anyone had visited during her stay. Unfortunately, the level of care did not reflect what was discussed or paid for. While I appreciated her initial willingness, I would not recommend her for pets with complex needs or who require more attentive, compassionate handling.

Our dog was happy to see Kyla and they had a fun walk.

I was happy to have Kyla watch my pets while I was away. She met with them beforehand to make sure everything would run smoothly. They were very happy and content when I returned, so I know Kyla did a great job taking care of them. Would definitely use her services again in the future.
