My family and I have cared for three dogs of my own, raising them from puppies through to their senior years with love and dedication. Although they have now peacefully passed away, this experience gave me valuable hands-on knowledge in caring for dogs at every stage of life — from energetic puppies to senior dogs needing extra patience and support. As a caring animal lover with over 20 years of pet care experience, I provide gentle, patient care in a calm, loving home environment where pets can feel safe, comfortable, and truly cared for while you are away. I understand that every pet is unique, with their own personality, routine, and needs. I always take the time to help pets settle in comfortably and provide care tailored to what makes them feel most secure and happy. For your peace of mind, I provide regular photo and video updates, so you can stay connected and feel reassured that your pet is happy and well looked after during their stay.

The family were really good at looking after Albie, the kept me updated at all times with photos etc. They clearly are passionate about dogs and really welcomed Albie into their home.

Kwan was very kind and helpful through the booking process and was amazing with Reggie during his stay. Kwan sent lots of updates and videos and we could see what a great time Reggie was having and we we're very reassured that Reggie was being well looked after. We can't thank Kwan and her family enough for being so attentive and caring to Reggie on his first time away from home. So happy we choose Kwan and will definitely use her again in the future and high recommend to other dog owners.
We left our 9 month old spaniel with Kwan for 5 nights. This was our first time leaving him and we were initially nervous but he couldn’t have been better looked after - Kwan sent daily photos, videos and updates and you could tell he had a wonderful time with her and her family. I could not recommend enough. Thank you Kwan!

Schedule
One of my family member was retired, which means we are usually at home all day. This gives us plenty of flexible time to care for pets, providing them with attention, playtime, and calm companionship whenever they need it.
