Medical Pro / Special Needs ok
I am a medical professional. I have a diabetic child, and I feel comfortable with animals who have special needs. I am not trained to your pet specifically, so we will create a care plan before you leave!! Working in pathology, I have seen some gnarly stuff. I’m not afraid to glove up and dig in. I have a few tricks for allergies and pill-form medications if your pet is finicky. I am trained in pet CPR. I will not be bringing any other animals to the home, and I will only take one job at a time unless I specifically clear further options with you. I am disabled so I’m a horrible match for high energy pets who need to run. In exchange for how slow I am, I offer walks up to a full hour - three times per day. If you have a pet who loves chugging along at a typical speed, I would be a great fit. When it comes to dogs, I love fetch as much as they do, but also hide-and-seek or basic training (sit, stand, roll-over). A lifetime ago, in childhood, I was a dog handler at a few dog shows. Nothing crazy--but if you want agility training while you are away from home I do understand how to run the course with them!

Safety, trust & environment
I am a single parent whose kids are grown so unless you want teenagers around, I will leave them out of the picture. I am not ok with anyone else being present during house sitting, even if they have a different part of the house to stay in. When I go out with your doggo I will take the utmost precautions for their safety. Oh, if you want me to play in the waves with your pup - I can do so, but please make sure they have all their shots up to date!!

Krystle always takes great care of our cats! She does amazing with our cat who has to take some pills and ensures everyone gets lots of play time!

Krystle took wonderful care of our cats! She gave great updates each visit and shared lovely photos. Krystle gave our cat his pills with no issue too. She called when one of our babies was acting a little off (luckily everyone is okay). Thank you Krystle!!
With her being a current cat owner of 3 cats and having owned several cats and dogs in the past, she is very empathetic towards animals and maintaining their care. She is very diligent and capable of handling medications if required for the animals she cares for.
Krystle has grown up with pets; dogs, cats, rabbits, horses. She has always shown loving and responsible care for the animals, She is attentive, providing safe, reliable care, and is a willing advocate for pets. She believes that pets need good, sufficient exercise and would be willing to play with them while providing watchful care.

Schedule
I am flexible about the care schedule, because I am in college and only working per diem as I await surgery. Communicate your needs and I can be clear in setting goals and schedules.
