Animal care is a top priority around here - We'd love to watch your dogs when you need to go somewhere and can't take them with you. We can handle overnight boardings 7 days a week; I do have a day job and work from home most of the time, so can work with most schedules including early morning and late evening. My husband is also here to care for dogs.

We have a large house and a fenced dog run to keep dogs secure - We allow dogs on furniture and in our beds, pets are for loving and snuggling! If your pet has special needs, perhaps they require medication or they are a senior and need a lot of extra care when moving about, etc., I am glad to assist them.

Let me know if your pet has any special needs we should know about, whether for their comfort or everyone's safety - Is your dog food aggressive (this one is critically important, please speak up!)? Is it a bit of a track star and runs when it's time to come inside? Does your furbaby need extra trips outside to avoid accidents, or perhaps needs to wear a diaper? How about food allergies, or particular behaviors or sleep requirements that are important? Notorious counter surfer? It's okay, we understand! Please just let us know, so we can provide the very best care for your beloved pet.
A typical day
In our house, we have 1 resident dog, and a school aged kiddo and granddog who visit frequently - We start our day with potties and belly rubs and breakfast, and lots of playing, indoors and out. Dogs play in the fenced dog run, where there is a dog house, fresh water, toys and room to get rowdy. We have a large house with plenty of space for dogs to play and to spread out - I work from home most days with dogs all around my feet.

Pet care experience
I've had pets and cared for animals of all kinds since I was a kid - It wasn't uncommon for me to arrive home from school to surprise my unsuspecting mother with a new furry critter, and I will happily care for your animals too. I have tons of experience with many different breeds, sizes and temperaments of dogs, and have great respect for them all. At this time, I do not have capacity to take in large breed puppies under 2 years of age. (Sorry ☹️)
