Who Has 2 Thumbs and Loves Dogs?
THIS GIRL! Hi, I'm Krysten! I have lived with dogs for all of my younger life worked with dogs for most of my adult life. I have worked as a veterinary assistant, was previously a manager at a dog daycare and now I'm training as a dog behaviorist and working at a dog daycare, but somehow spending all day with dogs is never enough for me! I love dogs more than anything in the world and am a self-proclaimed expert in bark identification :) I have never come across a situation I could not handle or a dog with whom I could not connect. It saddens me to say that at the moment I do not have a dog of my own because I live in a small apartment and do not have a yard. That is why I would love to have the chance to spoil your dog as if it was my own! Thank you so much for reading my blurb!

We always love having Krysten stay with our pups. She's easy to work with, she gives us updates, and they love her. We feel totally comfortable having her stay in our home while we're away.
Krysten did a wonderful job taking care of Molly. She kept me up-to-date on their activities and shared pictures. My house was very clean when I returned. I highly recommend her.
Krysten took great care of our dogs while we were on vacation and kept us in the loop as to how they were doing with pictures and texts throughout our trip. She is very kind, loves animals and will take care of yours as if they were her own! Our dogs are very fearful of strangers and she learned their habits respected their boundaries and gave them great care. Honestly we thought we would never be able to leave town as no one could handle our dogs and she made the impossible, possible.
We were fortunate to have Krysten stay in our home with our dog, Olive for 10 days. After meeting Krysten we were confident that Olive would be well cared for and that our home would be in good hands. And we were not disappointed. We received updates (with photos) during our vacation that assured us all was well. We arrived home to a happy dog and spotless house. Later, when Krysten stopped by for a visit, Olive was so happy to see her! We wouldn't hesitate to have Krysten back - in fact we are already planning our next trip.
Krysten was amazing! My husband and I got the opportunity to go abroad for 11 days this past September, but being new to town, we had nobody to Betty-sit for us! This predicament led us to this website, and this website brought us to some wonderful, dog-loving, people- such as, Krysten (and her husband, too!). She stayed at our place so that Betty would feel less uprooted by one of our first long-ish absences in her still young life, and they treated her like she was part of their family (even came by one time afterward just to say hi to her!), all of which allowed us to more fully enjoy our impromptu honey moon, and we cannot thank them enough, nor rate them highly enough! I would wake up every morning to a picture of my sweet Betty smiling at the camera, and it made being away so much less hard for us! Much thanks, you two!
Krysten has watched our dog Lucy multiple times, and just helped us out with our new adopted dog, Scout. Our new dog is very apprehensive of new people, but Krysten was so patient with him, and he opened up to her so much faster than expected! She sends us text updates and photos while we're gone. It's always such a relief to know she's hanging out with our dogs while we're away. Highly recommended; she's definitely our go-to person.
