I absolutely adore dogs. My background is in animal science. I’ve been dog and house sitting for a number of years. I’ve watched young puppies that need to go out in the middle of the night, hyperactive dúos that needed to play fetch for an hour to calm down, cuddlers that need to sit on your lap at all times, and even geriatric seniors who need help getting up the stairs. I’ve watched up to eleven dogs at a time (Christmas 2019 was a good time) so I’m ok with running a pack. I’ve gotten experience with most sized dogs, from mini dachshunds to large Great Dane/mastiff mixes. I’ve dealt with medical emergencies as well. I try to make your absence easier on them easier, by trying to stick as close to your routine as we can and making sure they aren't left alone more time than needed.

I live on a quiet street, limited traffic. I have a fenced in yard, part of it is privacy fence but not all of it. I never leave pups outside if we're not home or without the patio door open. We do have tall trees with squirrels so I've found that dogs really enjoy watching them.

We recently hired Krystal to look after our Labradors, Maddie and Piper. We are beyond pleased with the exceptional quality of service and care she provided. Krystal was always on-time, professional, friendly, and truly showed she cared about dogs. She didn’t hesitate to ask questions or provide updates. One of our dogs came down with a stomach ailment and she knew exactly how to address the problem and when we got home, our dog was pretty much back to normal. Both dogs took to her immediately and she treated them like her own. The house was absolutely spotless when we returned. Krystal proved to us how responsible and capable she is with our dogs and we will definitely be using her house sitting services again in the future. Thank you for taking such great care of our family members! I wish Rover would let us give her 6 stars out of 5.

Schedule
I work full time but I make it a point to step out at lunch daily. It's my goal for pups to not go more than four hours without being let out. Most nights once we're home for the evening I'm not out for more than a couple of hours. Weekends are very flexible, we enjoy going up to Sar-Ko-Par Trails or Weston for an off paved trail walk.
