I work full time, and my schedule can be quite unpredictable since I'm in the healthcare field. However, one of the most rewarding moments in my day comes after my shift, when I get to care for my little paw babies. It brings me so much joy and fulfillment, especially after a long day.

about me: I'm a highly energised dog mom that is very detail oriented when it comes to pet care. With a background in occupational therapy, I pay close attention to my dog's body language to determine his comfort and needs. In addition to being an excellent caregiver, I love to walk and travel in the bay area--preferring to take my furry friend with me wherever I go. Sometimes I love to spoil them as being a mother of the baby by treating them toys or their favorite meal. Very much consistent with vet appointment and take precautions before hand so nothing worse happen to them after all I consider them as my first child.on top of that Walking with dogs is a passion for me because it’s good for their health.

Kruti was on time, sent photos and followed up with an email thanking us for the opportunity. Very professional.
We had a terrible experience with Kruti in February 2022 and didn't feel comfortable leaving a review until we moved out of the area. We booked her for visits 2x a day for ~10 days to take care of our cat, who is very social and needs daily medication. Instead of regular 30-min visits, she showed up at completely random times, dumped food and left. Many times the visits were <10 minutes. Her app check-ins that tell you when the visit has started/ended were completely inconsistent with the actual times she showed up and left our home. It was so sad witnessing all this on camera, it still breaks my heart thinking about how neglected our cat was. Because of the duration of the vacation and the fact that our cat is very social and needs medication at around the same time each day, it was critical that Kruti 1) show up on time and 2) give him attention. We left an easy set of instructions and emphasized playtime and love. She totally ignored this. There were some red flags during the initial meet-and-greet, including how she brought her dog to our house and left him in the car so we had to anxiously watch him through the window as we tried to give her instructions, but at that point we didn't have any other options for cat sitting so we just hoped she did that because she loves her dog/animals. We had also told her in advance about the security camera and she said no problem, she knew all her clients had them — which makes her brazen neglect even more alarming. Our poor cat was visibly stressed and had diarrhea when we returned. When we confronted her in person about what happened, she immediately offered a 50% refund and said she had a "personal emergency." Then why didn't she tell us while we were on vacation so we could figure something out? And at the end of the conversation she said, "well at least I didn't let him starve." The whole experience was so off-putting that we completely avoided Rover until we moved to another city. I hope anyone considering using Kruti for pet-sitting will look elsewhere.
