Availability

I am currently working part-time from home, which is extremely flexible. No meetings, calls or schedules, so your pup gets my full attention at any time! We love a beautiful day, sunny and breezy, and just hanging out in the backyard. I am a dog lover, and I love the company of dogs. Getting outside in the fresh air, going for walks, playing endlessly with a ball in the yard, or just watching the pups play and have fun amongst each other!

Information Kristyn C. would like to know about your pet

I ask that you let me know anything about your pet, good or bad! I like to be aware of an special attention they need or any of the info below: -Vet information (if not on your pet’s Rover profile) -Feeding times/amounts -Stomach sensitivities to treats (or if you do not allow treats) -Anxiety -Any kind of aggression (food or if anything particular bothers them) -House trained -Medications -Chewing issues -Specific sleeping arrangements Anything else you need me to know to make sure your pet is safe, happy and you are worry-free!

A typical day

A typical day at our home is going for a walk, or playing in the back yard. We have balls, frisbee, other toys, a large deck to lounge on in the sun and a large fenced yard that they can just zoom laps around! We start our day with me having coffee and being outside with my furry babies. I love to just be around them, even if they're just sniffing and going potty. I imagine what they're thinking and just seeing them brings joy to my life! If your pup has breakfast, we will follow your schedule for home to keep them consistent. After breakfast (or just mid morning if they only eat once at night) we go outside and we play. I base my playtime on each specific dogs needs and energy levels. Puppies and active/high energy dogs we will go out and play ball, run around the yard, Goose will play with them. For senior/slower dogs, I will either take them on a walk, or walk around the yard with them for some fresh air. Lunchtime is normally nap time for a lot of the pups. If your pup is higher energy, we adjust and will continue to play, even if I just run around with them. Late afternoon is adjusted to your dogs care level. If they are senior or more relaxed, they can take a nap on one of the dog beds, or the sofa (if they have permission from you). High energy, we will provide playtime and make sure to stop every so often for water breaks, with bowls inside and water bowls outside as well. Dinner schedule is adjusted so we keep their home schedule as normal as possible in a new place. We separate even our own dogs, just so everyone feels comfortable eating at their own pace, and it's helpful for dogs that have food allergies so they don't end up eating other dogs food and risk getting sick. Nighttime we go out for potty, or go on a nice long walk (again depending on your pups energy level). Sleep is also based on your pup. If you keep them crated and prefer they sleep in a crate, we will follow your schedule. If not, your pup can sleep on one of a few dog beds here, or the sofa. I love to know what they do and if they have certain needs, so we can accommodate!

Your pet's new home away from home!

Pet care experience

We strive to provide nothing but the best care for your furry best friend! We are dog lovers here, our furry babies are our family, and our goal as your sitter is to treat your baby no different! We provide love, cuddles, playtime, and anything you may request or your pet may need to make them feel at home while you are away! We provide pictures, updates, a safe home, and a large fenced in yard for playtime and lounging in the warm sun. My goal is to always provide what I would want for my 3 babies, which is nothing but love and great care! I have dog sat for many years, but my years on Rover have been the best and we have met some great new friends! Our boys are all rescues, so I understand anxiety and special needs completely. I started dog sitting to provide what I wanted in a dog sitter: a loving home away from home, stress and worry-free trip (for you!), an affordable alternative to a stressful caged boarding environment (for your baby), and the chance to meet all kinds of new dogs!

We always feel so at ease and comfortable leaving our pup with Kristyn! She sends the best updates and assures us that Tucker is having the best time! She’s one of the few people we trust to take the best care of our boy while we’re away!

Kristyn always takes such wonderful care of my cats! Espresso is usually shy around anyone that isn't me, but she warms up to Kristyn quickly every visit!

Kristyn did an amazing job with our cat. She was even able to go over and check when we had a scare with the power. Bang bang looks forward to seeing her every time.

Kristyn was sooo kind to my cats! I have a very skittish tortie who almost never comes out of her shell around new people and Kristyn sent me photos of Espresso on her back inviting pets. I will always book Kristyn if she is available!
