Information Kristyn C. would like to know about your pet

I welcome all breeds and sizes. I do require a meet and greet with my own dog prior to confirming a booking. I will need to know any medical issues, medications, dietary restrictions, habits, and typical daily routine.

A typical day

I live in North Pole city limits and use the bike trail and local neighborhood for quiet walks. My typical route is up to 2 miles, but can extend it up to 5, or make it shorter if needed. We can be as active or sedentary as your dog requires

Pet care experience

I've had my own dogs for the last 15 years and can't imagine my life without them. Having had a 15-year old and a 13-year old, I have a wide array of experience with medical issues (I had both since they were 4-months). Having 2 semi-feral pups (a 5-year old from Afghanistan and a puppy from Africa) and I understand that pups need a balance of structure/routine and love. I have dealt with resource guarding, counter surfing, barking, bladder issues, medication, and just about anything you can think of. At my house pups sleep in beds and sit on furniture. I don't have a fenced yard so I put leashes on before the door is opened. I can also take dogs to appointments depending on the time. I am retired Air Force and have base access so I can take clients on Eielson and FWW. Willing to provide personal and veterinary references upon requested.

Kristyn was incredibly attentive and took great care of Rex. She took the extra steps to make sure our senior dog was comfortable and was given lots of love.

Our dogs had such a great time being boarded with Kristyn. She communicated well and made sure to send pictures! She also gave them plenty of snuggles while we were gone!

Very easy to communicate with and happy with the way she introduced the pups prior to us leaving. She did a great job!

Kristyn helped us out while visiting the area on vacation. She is responsive, friendly, and excellent with dogs. She even gave us recommendations on where to go while visiting! I would definitely recommend her and will certainly work with her again when we return!
