I am trustworthy and easy going!
*About Us* Hi my name is Kristy, I am married and have 4 kids that are 11-20yo. They are good kids and are very excited to help take care of your pet. We have one cat, Golden Retriever and a shepherd/poodle mix who love to have friends over to play with! We love animals and we would like to get to know your fur baby! We have been doing Rover for 9 years now and we really enjoy it! Please check out my schedule to make sure it will work for you and your pup. ☺️ *I offer* -Pictures/updates at least every other evening if not more. *Meet &Greets -I will be happy to do a meet & greet with you upon request but if you are fine without one, I am too. (Please exhaust friends/family/neighbors and check if the distance is a problem for you, before setting up a meet and greet. Serious inquiries only for meet and greets, thank you!) I do meet and greets outside in my front yard to not impose on my family of constantly having strangers in our home. Thank you for understanding their privacy. *What to bring* (Less is more!) - Collar with tags and leash - Food (Label: Name & amount) - scoop for amount of food. -slow feeder if needed *If you bag your food please send a couple of extra in case of travel situations. - medication if needed - bones for kennel use only *I will provide* -Bowls -Kennel if needed -Toys (I don't want yours to get lost or chewed up) Toy Donations welcome! -Mini Milk bone treats (if ok with you) *Please Don't Bring* -dog beds ( I have had them peed/chewed on in the past) -Bones- (they cause fights) * Please try to feed your pup before you drop them off as a lot of pups don't eat as well on their pup vacay. *Please don't change their diet right before a stay to help prevent tummy issues. I am so thankful to have found Kristy! She had taken such wonderful care of my dogs, been super responsive and communicative when booking and during their stay, and has been a pleasure to work with all around. She is clearly great with dogs and her love for them shows. I highly recommend Kristy and I know I will continue having my dogs stay with her when we are out of town.
Kristy was very accommodating when I had to switch up drop off and pick up times by an hour or so. I did not meet with her first for a meet and greet but my pup seemed happy. She did send 2-4 pics almost every day, except one, later in the evening. It did appear as each day’s pics were taken within the same timeframe and not as much throughout the day. While my pup is a jumper, but not so much at 12 years old, she said he jumped on her kitchen table which is totally unlike him. Literally never done before. We did not see the inside of her house at all and she met us at her door for dropoff and pickup. I thought that was kind of weird but it’s her house. I would use her again as a backup sitter for sure again.
Kristy was great with our senior dog. She requires eye drops and supplements. Kristy took great care of her and I will definitely use her again.
Kristy is the best sitter we have had.. my pooch loves to come play at her house with his besties!! She sends lots of pics. Thank you Kristy!
Kristy did a lovely job with my very energetic pup! I was nervous leaving my Boston Terrier for my trip but Kristy took such great care of Penny that I need not have worried at all. She even worked with me on adjusting my pickup window after my flight was delayed. Would highly recommend and would rebook in the future.
Kristy was awesome! She was very communicative throughout my sweet girl’s 4 night stay! You can genuinely tell she has compassion for animals and treats them with love and patience like they’re her own. Something that also makes her even more special is that she also works teaching autistic children, and I truly think that patience, kindness, and understanding shines through in everything she does. She has such a calm and trustworthy presence, and it made all the difference. I came home to a happy dog and complete peace of mind. I would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone dependable, compassionate, and genuinely amazing with both people and animals.

Programa
*Schedule* (Times are approximate) Potty breaks- M-F./School days- 7-8a/10:35am/4p/6p/8 p/10p Weekends/School breaks- 7-8 a.m./Every 2-4 hours until 10-11 p.m. Food- -2x day 7-8 a.m/5-7 p.m. -Dogs fed separately -Food is picked up if not finished. Water - All day access Treats- mini milkbone treats Kennel- (if needed) (Accidents/Destructiveness) -M-F 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. with 1 potty break around 10:40 am. -Overnights -10 p- 7:00 a -Anytime unsupervised. If they are 100% potty trained and non destructive they will not have to be kenneled at all. *Drop off/Pick up times* -M-F/School days- 7-7:30 a.m/ 4-10 p.m. -Sat/Sun/school breaks - 7 a.m.-10 p.m. While I am flexible on drop off/pick up times I do prefer that you give me a Specific time that you want to come not a range of time. *Safety & Environment* - Full access to our home (accidents/destructive? -supervised times only.) -Large fenced yard where the pups can run and play. ( It gets muddy when it rains, Sorry!) -Outside to potty only, unless I know your dog well enough. -Supervised outdoor play -Not left in heat or cold. -Baby pool for hot days -drinking water outside for extended play time. -Dogs are separated when we are gone or if they don't get along but most do. -If your dog jumps my fence they will be leashed. -If your pup has an upset tummy I will give them canned pumpkin.

*Typical Day* My kids and I have a lot of fun playing ball and Frisbee in the backyard with the pups. We tend to tire out the dogs! ☺️
