Pet care experience
I have been in the veterinary industry for 15 years. I became a Licensed Veterinary Technician in 2013. I am currently a stay-at-home mom with several long-term pet sitting clients. I enjoy caring for and developing a bond with all the pets in my care. Allowing pets to stay in their own environment can create a more comfortable transition to the sometimes stressful event of their parents being out of town. I am able to care for any sized dog as well as cats. I feel comfortable feeding and administering any necessary medications that a pet may require while in my care. My cats are comfortable with Kristy and do not run and hide. Although they do not take medication I know that she can medicate my cats if need be. She is a great rover.
Kristy was amazing!!! She came twice to meet Bruno and I could tell that they really hit it off! She is a loving person and very experienced in what she does! While I was gone, Bruno was very well taken care of. Kristy provided tons of pictures and detailed descriptions of Bruno's day. I felt at ease knowing that Kristy is taking care of Bruno while I am away.
Kristy was so so amazing with our two cats! She gave them lots of love and treated them like her own. She was very knowledgeable with the medication needed and specialty food. We appreciated her flexibility and willingness to help over a longer period of time. She really was a life-saver for our family and I know our little ladies loved her attentiveness and care.
