I'm currently working as a Professional pet sitter and pet boarder full time, so I have the time and energy to dedicate to taking care of your pets. As a fellow pet owner, I know that your pets are like family, so while they're in my care I'll treat them the same and make sure they are loved and cared for to the best of my ability. Also, because this is my full-time job, I am very flexible with drop-off/pick-up times and understand that they're often more of an estimate. I've taken dogs in as late as midnight, and have had them picked up at similar times. I try to work with the owner's schedule as best as I can, as long as I'm available. **I accept last minute requests, especially in cases of emergencies, as long as I'm available.

I live in a very safe neighborhood, however my yard is not fenced, so any dogs will need to come with a leash and collar or harness. I have experience walking large breeds and am okay with some tugging. As I do live in an apartment building, and my apartment is on the second story, there are stairs going up to my apartment. With small to medium breeds, if your dog doesn't mind being picked up, I have no problem carrying them up and down the stairs during their stay. Your pet will be safe in my care, as I have the time to keep my eyes on them and make sure they're both happy and healthy during their stay with me. I will be able to follow the feeding schedule/routine that is given to me for the pet and I will never ever give any pet food (outside of what's packed for them) or treats without explicit permission from the owner first unless prior permission is given (such as treats being packed for the pet in my care).

Dietary needs if I'm watching your dog, any medications they take, and if they get along with cats. I will also need to know how much exercise they need, and if you have a specific schedule for them that you want me to keep to. I also need to know if they're allowed treats, what treats they like, and if they come with their own toys. I would also appreciate if information is given about your dog's temperament, energy level, and if they know any commands. **At this time, I cannot take in dogs that are aggressive towards people or other dogs, older puppies/dogs who aren't spayed/neutered, and dogs who are destructive to furniture/homes.

I live in a beautiful neighborhood that is perfect for walking your dogs in. There are also plenty of parks nearby that your beloved pooch and I can explore together. Many great things that your curious dog will be able to sniff and many wild birds for them to bark at. I can promise that your dog will have a great time in my care. I may live in an apartment but there is plenty of outdoor space and enough space inside for indoor playtime on rainy days.

Hello, my name is Kristopher Vladyka and I'm located right by the Bangor airport. I have years of experience taking care of both dogs and cats, as well as smaller animals such as rodents. I've been around pets for most of my life and I have been a pet owner for years. I have been a professional Sitter and Boarder on Rover since August 2021. Through my time as a professional pet sitter and pet boarder I have taken care of many different breeds, such as Maltese, Chihuahuas, German Shepherds, Labradoodles, Pitbulls, Boxers, Labs, Beagles, pugs, etc. I have also gained invaluable experience taking care of young puppies, elderly dogs, and dogs with special needs. I can administer oral medications as well as lift and carry dogs up to 50 pounds. With every client I try to go above and beyond during the stay. You can expect good quality pictures of your lovely pet as well as detailed updates on how the stay is going. Your pet will always come first when they are in my care, and will always be prioritized during the stay. Their happiness and safety matter most to me. I went to a pet friendly hotel. The catch was I couldnt leave my chihuahua alone in the room. Other hotels I could leave him if he was crated built not this one. I didnt know what yo do. The front desk lady said there was an app and dog sitters. I looked on Google and found Rover. First sitter that came up was Kristopher. He had solid clients and good reviews. I contacted him. He agreed. I was so relived. I He took good care of my dog while I went whale watching.
Kris come through all the time even with a slightly late notice. Mazzy our dog knows him even though our visits are infrequent. Have no doubts with Kris and always feel safe and confident if we need to leave Mazzy with somebody for the day or longer.
Kristopher was so communicative and kind, he kept me updated about the pups and sent pics, and he was very accommodating!!
Kristopher was very flexible with pick-up and drop-off times. He did a great job communicating both before and during the stay. We appreciated his transparency ahead of the stay that he would be watching another dog as our puppy is under 6 months old. During the stay he ensured safe interactions and prioritized both dogs safety, happiness and comfort. Our puppy had a great time with Kristopher. She was happy, well-fed, and tired out when we picked her up. If/when we are in Bangor again, we would book with Kristopher again!
