During my previous time pet sitting I have stayed at the owner’s home as well as done 2-3 times a day check ins. When doing these I play by house rules. Crating a dog is not a problem as that is what I do with my own. I have pet sat for people who do and do not crate their animals.

It’s important for me to know if your animals are any kind of special needs, I have some experience with special needs animals, but would like to have a description of what their needs are.
A typical day
I love to take dogs out for walks or to sit in a park and play there. My own dog loves a dog park so I would not be opposed to taking your pup to a local one. I also know some dogs are couch potatoes and would prefer to sit inside cuddled on the couch, and believe me I have no problem with that either

Pet care experience
I’ve been taking care of animals for around 30 years. I have both fostered and owned animals as well as watched other. I have owned my dog since she was a puppy, so I have experience with younger dogs. I have helped family friends with their older dogs who need help moving around and cannot stay home alone. I have also long term fostered a special needs dog.

Kristine took really great care of our dog and cat. She gave updates and spent lots of time with our pets while we were away. Definitely recommend using Kristine!
Kristine was so great with my Charlie who was suffering from extreme separation anxiety and wouldn’t eat or walk outside. She actually figured out a way to get Charlie to eat and drink something by putting her bowls in my master bath next to my closet where Charlie seemed to want to be often. I so appreciate that she knew how to just let Charlie chill and kept her calm and comfortable during her stay.
Kristine was wonderful. Charlie was pretty shy ( usually is ), but seemed happy and content, which is great for me!
Kristine took such good care of our 7 month old lab puppy. We could tell he loved having her around while we were away. Kristine was great at communicating updates, making our vacation stress free. We would definitely recommend her to friends and family.
