Dog-Lover Seeks Dogs to Sit For
I've been a dog lover my whole life! I've had my own dog since I was 24 years old. Before that I had a family dog growing up. For almost 17 years I had a Boston Terrier. In the time that I had her, I administered various medication and care. I trained her as a puppy at 8 weeks old and took care of her as a senior dog when she was blind and deaf with doggie dementia. I have experience with all ages of dogs.

Kristine was great! She and her dog took great care of Luna! Her home was inviting, dog friendly, and her neighborhood seemed like a great spot for walks. I got daily updates and when i returned to get my dog after a few days I got a tired and happy pup returned to me. I highly recommend Kristine!
Kristine updated us daily and took care of our Jax as if it were he was her own. We feel super comfortable leaving our Jax with her anytime we travel.

Schedule
I work full-time as a teacher. During the school year, I'm gone from 8:20am-4:40pm M-F. I do have a dog walker that comes between 11-1 to provide a 15 minute walk. She is able to take 1 other dog with her, with your permission. On the weekends I'm usually home most of the time and love spending it with my pup!

Walks at least 3 times a day in a very dog-friendly neighborhood! I have a 7-year-old boxer mix. He is a rescue who is very sweet, but a bit timid at first. He loves to play with other dogs, though! Although I don't have a fenced yard, I do have a tether that allows my dog (and any doggie visitors) to enjoy the outside with supervision, of course! My pup loves to bathe in the sunshine. I live within 10 minutes walking distance of Shirlington dog park. So lots of play time options!

A typical day
We'll walk around my neighborhood, which is very dog friendly! We can also go to the dog park, if that is a good fit for your pup. We'll play lots of fetch. Your dog will have lots of fun playing with my pup, too!
