I ensure a calm, familiar environment, minimise stress, and provide attentive supervision. I also keep owners updated with regular messages, photos, and videos so they feel reassured while they are away.

Kristine was a nice lady. She sent regular photo updates. Unfortunately when i picked up my puppy i had come to find that she had not fed my puppy all day. I let her know that he is a fussy eater and that if she notices that he doesnt eat his dry food then to add his wet food and he will eat. She said ok so I trusted my puppy with her from 9 - 7.30. My poor puppy didnt have any food as Kristen didnt attenot to add wet food. I was lead to believe that she was experienced with dogs hence why i was happy to put him i to her day care. Thats one mistake i wont make again. As polite and friendly as Kristen is, my pupoy deserved better.
