I have taken a few days to really think this through before writing this review. I have given a three star review based on a few things. I will start with all the positives. Kristine was prompt to her arrival and she did communicate effectively due to our circumstances of not having great service where I was traveling to. She also came to watch my pets at a very last minute request, even adding an additional day that was not in the request. As well as coming in without a meet and greet. She was also very kind which I will forever be grateful for. However, I feel as if I need to be completely honest with my feedback on the negative points. My first observation was that my house smelt completely like urine due to the amount of dog urine all over the house. I found urine literally everywhere. Also, found what looked like several attempts were made to clean up dog feces, but not completely. I also found about three trash bags, full of paper towels that had been used to clean up dog urine and feces. I understand the occasional accident, however, after to looking at my cameras and my events through my security system. It unfortunately did not look like my dogs were let out much.. A few other things were found that had to do with my home and not the pets. With all that being said, my dogs were fed and alive when I came back, and my house was still standing. I was just disappointed in the state of my home.

Kristine is awesome. She is super reliable, and obviously loves hanging out with our pets. I like how she sends pictures and takes the extra time to show them some love when we are out of town, and her rates are the amazing, especially knowing I will have peace of mind and not be worried the entire time I’m gone.

Kristine is an animal lover that also has a passion to be their voice in any way she can. She loves all animals and would go above and beyond to take care of them. Anyone that has Kristine for their pet sitter is extremely lucky and won’t be disappointed!
